Buying and downloading
What do I get when I buy a volume?
One bundle of PDFs: the study guide, split into parts; the practice workbook, with a complete answer key; and the formula reference. Each guide's page lists every part and its page count.
How do I download the files?
The guides are sold on Etsy. As soon as the payment goes through, Etsy shows you the download link and emails it to you. The files stay in your Etsy account under Purchases, so you can download them again at any time.
Is anything shipped to me?
No. Everything is a digital download; nothing is posted.
Why is the price on Etsy higher than here?
Prices here are in US dollars without tax. Buyers in countries with VAT or sales tax on digital goods see it added by Etsy at checkout.
Printing and using the guides
Can I print them? What about A4 paper?
Yes, they are made to be printed. The pages are US Letter. On A4, choose “Fit to page” (or “Scale to fit”) in the print dialog: the page shrinks by about 3% and nothing is cut off.
Can I use them on a tablet?
Yes. They open in any PDF reader, and on a tablet you can write on the pages with a note-taking app.
Levels and topics
Is it high school or university level?
Each volume says so on its page and on its cover. Volumes for both levels mark every section that goes beyond high school, so a high-school student knows what to skip and a university student knows where the extra depth is.
Which volume should I start with?
The one for the topic you are studying now. Each volume stands on its own, and where one relies on another it names the volume and chapter to look at. The series runs in the order the topics are usually taught, from Volume I, Logic and Sets, to Volume XX, Series.
Do they follow a particular syllabus or exam?
They follow the standard high-school and first-year university curriculum rather than one exam board, so they work alongside most courses. The contents list on each guide's page shows exactly what it covers.
Sharing, refunds and corrections
Can I share the files with friends or my class?
The files are for your own use, so please don't forward them or upload them anywhere. Teachers and tutors who want to use a guide with a class: reach me by email at hello@acemath.store about a class license. The details are in the terms.
Can I get a refund?
Digital downloads can't be returned. If a file won't open, something is missing or the file is faulty, reach me by email at hello@acemath.store and I will put it right. Nothing here limits your rights under consumer law.
I found a mistake. What now?
Thank you! Reach me by email at hello@acemath.store with the volume, the page and what looks wrong. Corrections are free for everyone who bought the guide.
